Using This Website
By browsing homaatelier.in or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If any part of them does not sit right with you, we would rather you wrote to us than proceeded quietly.
Products & Descriptions
We describe every piece as faithfully as we can, including its material, craft and dimensions. Because each item is handmade, colour, texture and measurements may vary slightly from the photographs and the listed size.
Pricing
All prices are in Indian Rupees and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We may revise prices at any time, but never after an order has been confirmed and paid for.
Orders & Acceptance
An order is confirmed only once payment is received and we send you a confirmation. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order — with a full refund — in cases of stock error, pricing error, or a delivery address we cannot reliably serve.
Payments
Payments are processed by our third-party payment partners over secure, encrypted connections. We do not store your card or banking details on our servers at any point.
Delivery
Delivery timelines shared on the site are good-faith estimates, not guarantees. Once a parcel is handed to the courier, transit delays outside our control may occur, though we will always help you track and resolve them.
Returns & Refunds
Our returns, exchanges and damage policy is set out on the Shipping & Returns page and forms part of these terms. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 to 10 working days of approval.
Intellectual Property
All photographs, writing, design language, logos and page layouts on this site belong to hōma atelier. Please do not reproduce or republish them commercially without our written permission.
Limitation of Liability
Our liability for any order is limited to the value of that order. We are not liable for indirect losses arising from the use, misuse or delayed delivery of a product.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute will fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
